Floor and Roof The floor and roof are both manufactured from premium 12mm tongue and groove. The former easily copes with regular footfall and heavier stored items. It is fitted with pressure-treated bearers, providing extra support and making an effective barrier against ground moisture. The stylish pent roof features a superior 140g reinforced-polyester mineral felt cover for unbeatable weatherproof protection (felt colour may vary). Security Door and Opening Window The ledged and braced door offers easy owner access to the shed. It is fitted with exterior turn buttons, interior bolts and a rim lock to keep valuable tools safe. This door can be hung for a left or right-hand opening to suit the garden’s orientation. Once inside, an opening window provides ample natural light and ventilation. It is made from 4mm toughened safety glass – great for security and ideal for a busy garden. Its interlocking design makes it easy to put together and, though lightweight, it provides a very strong and durable base for the shed. Made from 100% recycled plastic, this shed base is eco-friendly. Also, it can be reused if the shed is repositioned. The base allows for ventilation and drainage under the shed, helping to keep the shed floor dry. To install the base, simply interlock the square grids together and lay onto a firm, level area of ground. We recommend using 15kg of 10mm pea gravel per square (gravel not included). Each square is 500 x 500 x 40mm. This pack contains 15 squares and heavy-duty, commercially-graded weed membrane. Please be advised that we do not assemble plastic shed bases as part of our installation service. You must prepare the base yourself in advance of the installers’ visit.
